Order Information

Our products: All of our merchandise is hand crafted and some pieces are one of a kind. Because of this, in most cases - the item in the photo is the exact item being sold. We may or may not have another in stock just like the piece on display on this website. Some similar items may differ in shape, size or texture. If you would like more than one of a specific item, please contact us for availability.

Payment Policy: We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express credit cards. We also accept checks and money orders. Our shopping cart is through paypal. If you would like to purchase by credit card without the services of paypal, we can still process your card. Contact us at the email address below for credit card processing or for our address if you will be sending payment. We ship within 2 - 3 days (usually within 24 hours) of receipt of electronic payments and money orders– Monday thru Friday. We reserve the right to delay shipment for up to 10 days in order for personal checks to clear.

Shipping Policy: All orders shipped in the continental United States are shipped at no extra charge to you.  Orders shipped internationally will be charged actual shipping costs.  All items will be shipped by USPS unless you contact me and request otherwise.

Return Policy: We are happy to accept returns for merchandise that you are not pleased with. We are however, unable to provide returns on body jewelry. Contact us if you would like to make a return. All returned merchandise must be sent back completely unaltered for a full refund (minus shipping charges).
